1. Aceitação dos Termos

By installing, accessing, or using FeedCommerce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Descrição do Serviço

FeedCommerce is a BigCommerce application that provides product feed management services, including but not limited to:

• Product feed generation for multiple channels (Google Shopping, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
• Product categorization suggestions and category mapping
• Feed quality analysis and improvement recommendations
• Rules to filter and modify products in bulk
• Feed status dashboard and health monitoring
• Support for 200+ feed formats for shopping channels and marketplaces

3. Contas de Usuário

To use FeedCommerce, you must:

• Have a valid BigCommerce store with administrator access
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Assinatura e Pagamento

When you install FeedCommerce, each storefront channel of your BigCommerce store receives a 3-day free trial with every feature, starting at installation. No credit card is required during the trial.

Planos Pagos

After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription to one of the plans listed on our Pricing page. Plans differ only by the number of products and active feeds they allow; every plan includes all features.

Cobrança

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page in the app, and Stripe prorates the price difference. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancelamento

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in the app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your feeds keep running until then. Uninstalling FeedCommerce from your BigCommerce store also cancels your subscription.

5. Uso Aceitável

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to generate feeds that violate platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Dados e Privacidade

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Política de Privacidade. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You retain ownership of your product data. We access your BigCommerce store data solely to provide the Service. When you uninstall the app, the data of your store is deleted within 30 days.

7. Disponibilidade do Serviço

While we strive to keep the Service available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Propriedade Intelectual

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ECOM FR LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Alterações nos Termos

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Lei Aplicável

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
