By installing, accessing, or using FeedCommerce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedCommerce is a BigCommerce application that provides product feed management services, including but not limited to:

• Product feed generation for multiple channels (Google Shopping, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
• AI-powered product categorization and optimization
• Feed quality analysis and improvement recommendations
• Bulk operations and feed management tools
• Real-time analytics and performance monitoring
• Support for 200+ shopping channels and marketplaces

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use FeedCommerce, you must:

• Have a valid BigCommerce store with administrator access
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card required for trial signup.

Paid Plans

After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to generate feeds that violate platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You retain ownership of your product data. We access your BigCommerce store data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FeedCommerce and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
