Clear your browser cache and refresh the BigCommerce admin panel. The FeedCommerce app should appear in your 'Apps' → 'My Apps' section. If it still doesn't appear, try logging out and back in.

Allow up to 15 minutes for initial product import. If products still don't appear, check that your store has products published and visible. Contact support if the issue persists.
